Habeo group to strengthen its leadership by hiring Heli Koskinen as Head of HR
Habeo Group will welcome Heli Koskinen onboard 8th January 2024. In her new role she will be responsible for Habeo’s strategic Human Resource activities, including safety at work and internal communications. She will also lead the Habeo’s sustainability development.
Heli Koskinen is a long-serving HR professional with an impressive track record from demanding HR leadership roles in technical building services companies, for example at Lemminkäinen and Bravida. In her latest role Heli has been responsible for the HR function at Jatke.
With Heli onboard, Habeo’s growth will be supported particularly around employee experience. She will also play a significant role in ensuring the sustained business operations through emphasis on people, as well as growing the level of professionalism of Habeo’s operations.
Heli will report to Habeo Group CEO Kari Kohvakka and join the Habeo Group management team. She will be located in Helsinki capital area, but work in close cooperation with Habeo companies.
